Hanger/burger.....hmmm good! (many pics)

Well not sure if anyone has done this yet but been wanting to try it and i did tonight.All i did was trimmed my hanger and then took the smallest part and cut in small chunks to pass in the meat grinder.Then seasoned with my favorite rub Todd's Original Dirt.
Cook the burger same as a hanger steak high heat for a great sear then close it up for a bit to let it cook true.Best burger i had in while all that was missing is a real burger bun and a better cheese!!
Will do this again and again and again.... :woohoo:
