So, I had the family over for our first Pizza Party!
All had a great time and enjoyed the pizzas. Here are just a few!

    Outstanding lookin pies. Judging by the light in the pics the sun had set before you were done cookin. How long was your cook? Bet all were delighted by the food. :)

    I cooked the chicken and sausage in the afternoon(no Pics)
    and every one came over around around 4 O'clock. We stopped cooking pizza arond 8 0'clock but I cooked a couple spatchcock for my Uncle, He says its the best chicken ever! Maybe 6 Hrs total cook time.

  • Does separating the pizza stone from the place setter help keep the dough from burning? I made a couple last night and burnt my second one to a crisp. First attempt and it went pretty bad!

    I do it that way b/c It was suggested to me by one of the vets on the site.

    Yes, kind of like a heat barrier i guess.
