Apricot Wood

My mother just trimmed her apricot tree. Is apricot good for smoking?? How long should I age it before using it???

  • Peach is wonderful IMO. Apricot should be similar. Try it. In small pieces especially split it will dry quickly

    don't thinks you are supposed to use any wood while green, though...
