4th cook: a pizza

I was really surprised that the crust was so crispy. I over-cooked it because that is what I had to do in the oven. I'm not sure I will cook another pizza in the oven. It was awesome!

  • What temp were you cooking the pizza at? Normally i cook mine at 450*. I might bump it to 500* because i prefer a crispier crust. Looks good!
  • I cooked it at around 450. I left it in a little too long because I like a crisp crust. Turns out the crust was so crisp that I didn't need to. Looking forward to trying another one.
  • That handle is going to look funny when you have about 5000 posts. Great looking pie. Mine always get a little soggy shortly after I pull them. Did you have that problem? Or was it gone?
