Ms.Diane Update

Poppasam

Finished chemo this past monday and now have a little rest time before surgery. That is scheduled for 12/3 in Milwaukee.The surgery is called a whipple. It will also include a vein transplant. The Dr. was very assuring that it could be done. It will be about an eight hour surgery with seven to twelve days in the hospital if no problems. We will stay in Milwaukee for two to three additional weeks for rehab. Looks like we might have our first White Christmas.

Ms.Diane and I both want to THANK YOU ALL for the prayers, good thoughts, cards, e-mails, and calls we have recieved. This support has been deeply appreciated. We are blessed with a close,strong,and supporting personal family and our BBQ Family also.

I will post again when we have news. We are looking forward to next spring to be back playing with all as soon as possible.
