Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
Get ready to turn up the heat as we dive into August. While there are only a few weeks left to perfect those tailgate recipes, summer isn’t over yet! Two things we’ll be making this month are Chile Rubbed Grilled Pork Chops and Bell Pepper Kabobs. Then, relax after a cookout with a cool dessert cooked on your EGG - Ice Cream Sandwiches! You can mix and match your favorite cookie flavors with ice cream flavors. Simple, yet delicious!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Jim[p]Welcome. Read the cook book with a grain of salt until they revise it. Check out the new video. Check out the links to Eggfest in Atlanta (october 1999) and check out the link to eggfest in Waldorf (this weekend). Check th forum and archives for additional info. Try prime rib on the Egg. You won't eat it any other way.

<p />Jim, the BGE is a great product and I have had a lot of fun over the last 6 months – BBQ has never been more fun and the end result has never tasted better. As you start to sell your product, the best sales people that you have are right here on the forum – merely point your customers in the right direction. [p]In addition, there are a few private sites BBQ sites that are also dedicated to the BGE. If you haven’t already done so, check out Tim M’s site at or mine at - sometimes a picture and 3rd party influence can do wonders.
