Blue berry pancake fattie ?

I don't remember seeing the answer to the question about wheather cooked pancake or raw batter is placed inside the fattie. An answer would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

If your talking about Ron's blue berry pancake fattie that was cooked at Oswegofest -- the pancake was cooked first and then wrapped around the fattie. I have not cooked one yet but cooked next to Ron during the fest. That was one tasty fattie!
