I have only used it a couple of times, but i am impressed. Can't wait to do 6 pork butts or 6 sides of ribs. I said i would do pulled pork for the guys at work just for an excuse to do a big cook. :)
The only problem is my wife saw the ticket and i caught her looking at camera lenses tonight. :( I might have started a ball rolling. The lens is worth a small and mini easily. We will be broke in no time. Who needs retirement anyway.

Pork tenderloins one with soy sauce and lime based marinade and the other with a honey mustard. The aluminum foil has asparagus in soy sauce and garlic.

The adjustable rig is fantastic, and is the most innovative tool for the egg. I love cooking with mine!

Nice job Kokeman, let her get a nice camera lens, it's only money and you can't take it with you.
  • I use mine on almost every cook. I love things being above the felt level - much easier to work with your food (flip, turn, whatever) than down in a hole.

All the food looks good and I can hardly wait. I am new to all this and would like to know where you get the adjustable rig. I did not see it in the BGE booklet I have.
Thanks in advance for any information you could provide.

If you need help Tom is great to talk with. It may seem a little confusing at first so get help. Quite a few on here can also give help.

    Cheers,

  • My AR is like everything else I've gotten for my Egg: Before I got it, I thought it was an extravagance, but now I wonder what I ever did without it. It's super.
