No More Use for Hot Sauce

I have come to the realization that my consumption of hot sauce has leveled off to almost zero. Before I had the BGE, I had collected a large collection of hot sauces that I would use to add flavor to what ever I was cooking. I no longer look for new hot sauces, I have a few that I still use and I still love hot peppers. I attribute this decline to cooking on the BGE. The food just tastes great to begin with rather than masking the flavor with hot sauce.[p]Just thinking,

RhumAndJerk,[p]Interesting observation. I find that to be true as well (exept with some foods ... like chicken wings and when my wife does the cooking). I now find myself looking at rubs and using spices in that![p]Smokey

I know some are going to find this surprising , but I feel about that same way about the different woods in the BGE. I am very happy with what I get out of just the lump.
