Spatchcocked Turkey Question

Would a drip-pan catch sufficient drippings from a turkey done this way to make a good gravy? Ideally, I would want to do a Spatchcocked turkey, but do Max's gravy if that was possible... I know I'll still be able to do the giblet and neck thing on the stove.
Thanks,
Don

Did one last week direct and high in a large. Came out very good. No drip panSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I did this and it was too burnt to use as gravy. I had the pan set up on ceramic blocks on the platesetter indirect. If I try it again I will add fluid (probably stock) to the drip pan periodically to prevent the burning.
