Here is my Mini Cart. It is a Craftsman Tool Box. Here is what it looked like before.
I painted it with an all weather Hunter Green Paint and covered the top with ceramic tile. Now I just have to wait for the grout to dry and I can seal it up.
Only bad thing is that Sears does not make the bottom door anymore, so unless I can find one at a garage sale or something the bottom will just have to remain open.

If you really wanted to you could add hinges and some wood doors. It looks fully functional with the deep drawers for storage.
