I hadn't fired up the Egg since before Eggtoberfest, so I did some easy beer can chickens yesterday.

LC-I've done spatchcock. These birds went 6 1/2 lbs each and I knew they wouldn't fit unless I put them at attention! :laugh: Good meeting you and BT in Atlanta. Pretty good chance we'll be in Florida.
