Merry Christmas everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has suggestions for cooking a rack of lamb. We've cooked a leg of lamb before, but never a rack of lamb. Any help is appreciated.[p]-santa's helper

    santa's helper,
We have good luck doing Rack of Lamb just as they describe the steak method in the BGE book. That is 1) get the BGE way hot like 650 to 700. 2) lay prepared rack on BGE grate rib side down and close lid leaving all vents wide open. 3) After 2 minutes open lid and flip rack. Close lid and all vents. Let meat reach desired temp like 125F. Remove rack from BGE and let it rest 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.
