With just my wife and I in the house these days, I haven't fired my large egg in forever, consequently, when I opened it this a.m., it was full o'mold. I'm firing it right now with a load of fresh lump to drive off the demon of mold and will be cleaning it and re-firing it soon to cook some ribs. The small will be called into service for some most excellent baked beans that are a rip-off of the beans at The Pit restaurant in Raleigh, NC.

I'll post more as the rib fest continues at the FatDog's house!
