Netflix has this thing that allows you to watch movies over the internet on your TV. When the box came, that was the first movie I pulled up! Great pics BTW. Looks like you had a great time with great folks!
  • Joe,

Thank you for taking the time to take the pictures and notes rather than cooking this year ... great job.

Many thanks for posting the great pix and identifying the characters in the pix. Even for those of us who didn't got to the Eggfest, we enjoy seeing pix of people whose posts we frequently read. Great job of keeping all the information together.

Fantastic job on the pics,Joe. I need to save this somehow for occasional "old guy recall" on some of the faces and names.
  • I was just checking out all the nice pics....Looks like you had a great time. But one thing that bothered me was (Mr. Gratt's Chicken (a slave recipe from NC) - Haynes Hufford ...under one of the pics??????? What's the deal with that???
  • apologies - didn't think it was anything more than what he told me - a recipe that came from plantation days in NC, he said there was a story behind it. Meant to be a historical reference & hope you didn't take offense - J
