Beer butt chicken

Just put two Brant's Brined Beer Butt Birds on, indirect,coated with olive oil. Will cook at about 275° until breast temp. of about 170°[p]I have my dual probe remote hooked up so I can sit at the computer and keep an eye on things. Only the second time I've used it. What a treat.[p]O.K. I wrote this about 30 min. ago and did not post. Drove to the store and ended up buying two 8oz. lobster tails ($12 each)[p]I have seen the recipe for dwell in the shell but remember a post that the cooking time was not long enough. I have only had lobster in restaurant's, never cooked it. [p]Any suggestion are appreciated. Oh, will not cook them until Sunday through Wednesday depending on dinner guest.[p]Cheers,
