Wanted some of Rays ribs

Was being a bachelor tonight and had a rib hunger pain going on.

Put Rays rub on the ribs and let set for thirty minutes.

Cooked at 275 dome indirect for five hours.3 1 1/2 1/2

Time to eat.

    I use a mixture of Apple juice, white wine, worsteshire... but honestly I think it just needs some liquid to steep in, and with all the rub and such already on the ribs, my bet is it was just as good w/beer as wapple juice...Was I right??

    Ribs look great,did 3 racks last night and no leftovers-Love the Egg.

    Yea I'm kinda looking forward to downsizing from 3+ acres in the country to a tiny condo or such with neighbors so I can tourcher them with the egg. :) No yard work will be a weclomed change also.
