Stuffed Leg of Lamb

We made the "Luscious Lamb" recipe from SMOKE AND SPICE today. WE altered it a bit in that we used a bone in leg. The stuffing is made of goat cheese and spinach.[p]We cooked the 4# leg at about 400* for just about an hour and a half until it reached 145* on the polder. It was about medium to medium-rare.[p]Fritz
