Sorry I haven't posted much I have been really busy getting ready for winter up here. Stocking meat up for winter is a big job up here. I just got back from bear hunting and got a ton of bear steak in the fridge now. Going to bag a moose next week and in four weeks I have to get a few seals to put in the freezer. Just prepping some artic char for dinner tonight with raging river squirrel for appetzers.
