<p />These were done at about 650-700 degrees for 2m/3m/6m - per side - turned out great. Just rotated the Mexican ribs. Have a great evening![p]

    Gfw,[p] They look fantastic,charred but not burnt. I just cleared
    out my e-mail box,loads of room in it now. At least enough
    room for thoughs nice steaks.Send them on over,please!!

    Nu-Guy, just the BGE grid - I let it get HOT and then drop them on - Ribs tomorrow - Life is GOOD!!

    Those look so so so so so yummy! I request next time u post a pic on steaks that u do one with one steak cut in half so i can see all that juice pour out. Great job!
