Howdy folks...[p]Got a big cook going on tonight, having another long time egger of 20 years over. We're putting on some shark, gulf shrimp, tri-tip and criminy mushrooms. Using a teriaki based marinade for the tri-tip and a Caribbean type jerk for the shrimp, but my wife is asking me to post to see if anyone has a good recipe for shark, but I would like to hear your thoughts or suggestions for any of my other entrees...[p]We're also cooking mussles in the wok, are they eggable?[p]Gare-Dog Fireboy out...

    Gare-Dog Fireboy,
I'd marinate in a bit of jerk ( or Caribbean-syle hot sauce), lime juice, mint, cilantro, scallions - whatever you've got- some salt & pepper, garlic and a healthy splash of rum.
    BONE appétit, Dogboy!

  • Gare-Dog Fireboy, I'm probably a little late,, but I always fry shark in large nugget sized pieces after soaking in milk overnight. Shark is a great tasting fish. Gud luk on the grill...

  • Gare-Dog Fireboy, OH! And be careful with the lemon juice. Shark seems to absorb lemon muchly!!

    King-O-Coals,
I agree. I was under the impression that the shark was to be cooked for dinner. Tonight. A while ago....
