Kick Off Ribs

These are some St.Louis style spare ribs I made for kick off today. I used Dizzy Dust rube and one half rack had Carnivore Sweet and the other had Sweet Baby Rays....its hard to beat the Carnivore :woohoo:

Those definitely look good enough to eat! I'm on about hour 4 with my 3 slabs of untrimmed spares.
