Started my first overnight cook last night. A 6# boneless butt went on the wicked good filled medium around 10pm. Went to bed about midnight and the Maverick was reading 70 something for the butt and 235 for the grid. Dome was 250.
Fast forward to 6am this morning. I got up and looked at the maverick remote. It was reading 77 for the butt and 110 for the grid. Oh crap. So I ran downstairs and out to the shack. Dome read 250, hmmm...... Turns out at some point the night, the remote got switched to Celsius.
So right now 10am (12hrs in) the butt is reading 185, grid is 221 and dome is 250. I plan on pulling at 200 and wrapping for an hour or so.

Oh and I threw a bacon wrapped fatty on just for good measure. Pics hopefully will follow.
