First Smoke! A Baby Pork Loin...

Ok, ok, so I'm probably sure we'll take some "heat" for this, but our first smoke was one of those 1 lb. baby pork loin deals that is already marinated in some herb something' or other at the grocery store.

But it turned out GREAT!

Also, the steak we cooked per the directions in the BGE cookbook was probably the best steak I've ever had, other than the ones we get at my Mom and Dad's house!

And now.....the photos! ( It was a late night by the time we finished the little pork loin, which took about an hour and ten minutes on 230 degrees.)
