burgers with a bite

Well the wife is out of town for a while and I was hungry for some burgers!
Meat from my cows...a little hot pepper and some fixens
Chopped up the two habanero peppers and mixed it in with the meat
I had one pepper in the meat and I chopped up the other and smashed it into the top of the burgers...
My toppings...The cheese is "Farmers Cheese"
Looking like dinner!
I love a burger with a bite!

I don't know if it helps the heat or not..I love the flavor of the Hab's and the heat doesn't bother me.
