jslot, asked me to post this so here goes:
6 cups cornbread 3/4 stick butter 1 cup celery 1 cup onion
5 cups biscuits 4 eggs 6 to8 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp sage
Now that's right out of the book and you can probably guess what to do next , you stir it all up and bake in pan at 350 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.[p]But....I never use recipes much except for a place to start... I like to put a large pan of cornbread in it and then add cracker crumbs and biscuits if I got em to equal about 11 cups , then I put more like 6 eggs (wait till you get it all mixed up and taste it before you put eggs), then I put about 4 tbs of black pepper and 4 tbs of sage. Moma got to puttin so much pepper & sage cause that's what Daddy liked. You will too , I promise.
