Brisket is On!

It is that time of year again that we start to clean out the freezer and close down the lake home. Good thing I found a brisket as I was searching for things to cook. I thawed it, rubbed it DP Cowlick and Pepper and put it in the egg. I got the fire going with hickory chucks and chips and hooked up my gadgets. Diggi had the dome right at 235 and the Maverick tells me my grid is 220. Ne need to open the Egg until brisket reaches 190!
