First Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

I made my first stuffed pork tenderloin tonight I marinade the pork in teriyaki and then stuffed in with swiss cheese and pineapple


all wrapped up


on the egg


and platted


cooked around 300 for one hour good concept would do a couple things different next time but no real complaints

  • Maybe a sweet and sour marinade would be nice too, I think that the pineapple and teriaki might be a little sweet for my taste.
