How about cornish hens? How to cook?

Do you use the same temp and method for a spatchcocked hen as you would a spatch'd chicken? cook to same internal temp or just for a certain amount of time since they are so much smaller?

    Like spatch-cocked chicken is fine: 165 breast temp; on beer can or any type sitter: same temp; split in half and grill on raised grid , turning and basting frequently, just like an old fashioned "chiken" barbecue. Don't forget to use a rub or marinade: whatever you would do for chiken. Enjoy.
