Started out by grilling some strips
While the steaks rested a bit I grilled some simple romaine with EVOO and fresh ground S & P.
Final plating included finishing my steak with some blue cheese crumbles. In addition to the grilled romaine we had fresh black-eyed peas.
A great dinner in under 30 minutes. Take THAT Rachel Ray! :silly:

Keeping with the simple theme, it was fresh ground pepper, salt, EVOO and a pinch of parmesan/romano cheese. Grilled the romaine for just a few minutes until the leaves wilted and browned a little bit.
