I was feeling adventurous last night while prepping pork sirloin chops. I crushed a handful of pork rinds, mixed in some rub and patted it all over the chops. To my surprise, the crushed rind adhered very well. Taste was delicious.[p]Ken

  • BlueSmoke,
Alot of Adkins dieters, will process a bag of rinds and use them as a flour or breadcrumb subsitute. [p][p]

    Q.N.E. tyme,
Didn't know that. Thanks. They're a staple in the Mexican and Oriental markets here. I'll pick up a bag next time I shop.[p]Ken
