ABTs ?

Once I'm done the gasket change, I'll be doing a little low n slow and I'm going to do some ABTs to go with it.
I've only found 1 recipe (in the cookbook here, so some questions...
What other fillings have people tried? Is there an "original" recipe?
I'm assuming a drip tray / indirect is the method?
Anywho, I have some deer-burger that I thought I'd use with some grated chedar (the meat would be pre-cooked and seasoned, then mixed with the cheddar cold), then fill em up do the bacon wrap and slap on some maple at 325.
Oh kwap - now I'm gettin hungry, and I haven't changed the gasket yet....

I usually mix cheese with the cream cheese. Grated Italian mix with pineapple tidbits and shrimp is good.
