    Very nice Mike,I just pulled our last pack out of the freezer for carnitas tacos-time to do some more.Did you do sandwich's or just do as I would and eat the whole tray.

    Great pics! One question for you. On the "start" photo, I was wondering if you used a different rub or combination of spices on one butt vs. the other. The coloring on the two is different. It could just be the meat itself, but I couldn't help to wonder if you were mixing it up a bit.
