Chicken enchiladas

Had some leftover bbq chicken so we decided to make enchiladas. The bbq tried to overpower the enchilada, but it was still good.

By BBQ do you mean sauced or just cooked over coal?
The best chix enchiladas that I have ever made were made with chicken made on the egg but if you had BBQ sauce on the chicken I can see how that would throw the taste off. -

Thanks. I added a little sauce, not much. I think it may have been enough though. Yeah, it was cooked on the egg. I think my oven is just for show now.
