found Blues Hog at a local grocery store and bought 2 jars @ $3.99 each, I love trying new sauces and can't wait to try this on a slab of ribs,,,,,how does this compare to Carnivore sauces or other sauces my fellow eggers have used or prefer with regards to being spicy, sweet, hot, mild .....etc?

Hi Sooner,
I have yet to try Blues Hog, I am eager to. If I had I would refrain from comparing it to the products of fellow forum members. Just a thought.

good thought, let me rephrase the question

I like BH alot. The regular is going to be very sweet. I like it on ribs and chicken. For pulled pork and brisket, I may mix it with the red sauce they make. 50/50 for brisket and 75 (regular)/25 (red) for pulled pork

I love it, and use it on ribs all the time. To me, it tastes like a spiced apple butter.
I get a 32 oz jar of it here for about $7. -
Anyone know where I can get this in Indiana?
- Indianapolis to be more exact.... -
Outstanding! A sweet, tangy flavor. You can get it online at hawgeyesbbq.com.
