True sports fans know that the food is almost as important as the game. So whether you are hitching the grill to the back of your car or barbecuing in the backyard, these recipes are a must for any football fan. Join Ray Lampe a.k.a Dr. BBQ, author of “The NFL Gameday Cookbook”, for this special class on cooking indoors and outdoors. If you think that Dr. BBQ will be cooking the usual tailgate goodies, think again! Indoors, he will prepare Blue Cheese Veggie Dip served with plenty of fresh veggies, Krystal Quiche (yes, Krystal - as in burgers...), Dr. BBQ’s Extra Point Barbecue Rub that goes great on everything, Chipotle Pinto Beans (made from dried beans) and Sticky Fingers Cinnamon Bread. Then, you all will step outdoors to watch him prepare Barbecue Championship Rack of Lamb and Chocolate-Apricot Tacos on the Big Green Egg. With these recipes, you'll score a touchdown at your next gameday get together Ray Lampe’s book will be available and he will be glad to personalize your copy after class.
