Grilled zucchini, onions, and snap peas all together this evening.
Some evoo, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Delicious!!!
Had an idea for reheating some ribeye from Sunday's cook. Of course it was done perfectly on the egg so I did not want it to cook a lot more during reheating.
So I boiled some water in the water pot and poured it in a small cooler, then put the leftovers in a large ziplock and squeezed out the air and put it in the cooler.
It cooked a bit more but nothing like if I would've nuked it. It was warm, juicy and tender.
I was well pleased.
