    Concerning the original issue, perhaps the better question to ask is can I manage the Small without endangering the Egg or myself. In my case, the answer was no. That's why we bought a Mini as our traveling Egg. I use it for cooks at home too, but it's real purpose is to let us enjoy properly cooked food when we're camping.

    Definitely the Small. Lifting should be no problem. Just have "The little woman" start strengthening the upper body and core muscles. Pushing up some cinder blocks for the next couple of weeks should do the trick.
