A friend and I were talking today about somking some briskets in a different way. I always smoke my briskets with hickory and mesquite using butt rub for the rub with great results. Was wondering if any of you fellow eggers had any unique brisket receipies? Whether it be a rub, brine, or wood that most wouldent think would be good on a brisket, but turns out to be great. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
