Weigh-in for the 20th

I had gained a little weight after my injury - just sitting around with not exercise and hurting - thus eating. Last week I cut back considerably and started going to the fitness center doing the recumbent bike and elliptical.

Result - down 5 pounds - back to where I was before the accident.

235 today

Still a long way to go, but good jump-start!

    193, if im not down to 185 by the end of the summer i might try that excesize thing :blink: ....maybe not

    194 and holding. I go to the gym for an hour five times a week...this is Week 6. Do the machines and the rest on the treadmill watching TV. I'm definitely stronger but maybe I'm building muscle instead of losing weight, though I'm not trying to. Very discouraging as I don't eat that much, and rarely drink beer (but it's always in the fridge).
