I just asked about reheating Pulled Pork and got some great ideas for tonight!

I cook ribs quite often - any suggestions on the best way to reheat ribs for future use!

Thanks again!

I reheated some last week by putting in covered dish with a little water for steam and nuked them. Almost like off the egg.

Cooked 2 racks of baby backs on Friday for a share meal on Saturday. After cooking, I sliced them and when it was time to reheat I just put them in a large disposable aluminum pan with some apple juice and put them on a grill until hot. Just like they came off the egg. B)

My saved ribs have been vacuumed and frozen in food-saver bags. So, I just simmer (not boil) them for about 30 min. Good as new!
