Tonights cook. 14 pound brisket....equal parts turbinado sugar and DP Cow Lick Rub. Didn't inject it. Cooking lo and slo till it's ready.....sometime tomorrow.

For tonights supper, four coffee crusted pork tenderloins. Direct cook, turn every 7 minutes and pulled at 140 internal temp. Served with red eye gravy, sweet potatos and fresh green beans.
