Going for 220 all night to 190 internal. One soaked chunk each of hickory, maple, pecan and apple. CYM and Bad Byrons Butt Rub. Hope the DigiQ does it's magic and the Maverick is quiet. Will post pics in the AM.
FYI, wild boar/pig is the very best. We take them after it gets real cold during deer season. They've fed on soybeans and corn all summer and acorns and other mast crops in the fall. About 125-150 pounds is just right. It is delicious!
