<p />This was my plate before the previous picture I posted....my portion of that smokey, juicy slab of ribs, Finger Lickin' Tom's chicken, and the potatoe salad whipped up by Cornfed.
I can not wait until that day in late April...we all will be eating like this with so much to share with eathother. And after that weekend I will be preparing meals like this on the Egg in a whole different light...learning experiences from the techniques of Spin, TimM, Cat, Nature Boy and all those who attend.. And the best part about that I will be preparing meals with so many great memories of ya'll!

ST didn't get the beer in the picture, so in addition to meat, poultry, and veggies, we were also enjoying some food from the best food group of 'em all - the beer group![p]Memories of a delicious meal.[p]Cornfed
