... Thanks for the consult last night. Everything turning out perfectly. The pork came off the grill this morning when it hit 200. I put the ribs and chicken on the grill at around 5:45 am. Wrapped the ribs in foil after a small amount of basting after 2 hours and let go for about another hour. Now the pork and ribs are wrapped in aluminum foil and sitting in alumium pans in a heated cooler. One chicken is done and also in cooler while waiting for 2nd one to hit temp. All the fans should be happy.
