Well, I did it. Couldn't haul my large up the hill so I cooked in his gasser for his birthday party. Made simply hamburgers, hot dogs and brats, that all. However, a lot of folks came to me and said "How did you make that food so good? What did you put on it?"

I told them just pepper and then I opened the grill and pointed as two foil packs I had placed in back.

"Those are Jack Daniels Chips" that were smokin' away inside.

Nobody believed it. Then I told them "Should have tasted this food on a BGE".

The party is over but he and his wife are bring the left over food down tonight to cook on my egg.
