The egg I brought to VT for my sister got a light workout yesterday. Bruschetta in the afternoon and wokked veggies to go with the lobstahs I picked up on the Hampton Beach causway yesterday morning. Steaks, ribs and a butt are on the to do list over the next couple of days. 
It was great to meet Julie, Neil and stike at the fest. No ill effects from stike's duck either.

Hey Mark! Sounds like you are the traveling Egg Teacher !! We have not had the bacon yet looking for something special to do with half of it and the other half will just be for breakfast. LOL and the DUCK......... it is hanging and swinging and I think it is coming alive! I need to find someone to enjoy it with me as I am doubtful if Neil will indulge. How were the lobsters?? I hope we meet up again at another fest!! Julie

One week a month. Yep, no pay for this week. PA makes you wait one week before unemployment compensation kicks in. I will collect about 60% of my pay when I am off again in July and and each week thereafter. Mark

So you get unemployment for the week you are "laid off". My wife, the social worker, would be curious how the insurance benefits would suffer. Don't reply, just a random thought.
