I took everyone's advice and used the entire wing minus the tips marinated in soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, Tsunami Rub, balsamic vinegar, chili flakes and pineapple juice. Even my in-laws like me tonight.[p]MIke
