2.5 hr babybacks. 250 for a while and 350 to finish. Dry rub and half the rack sauced. Tender and good.

Those look great, however these are the quickest ribs around. Just recently discontinued.

i just watched a Throw Down in the south with Ribs... The guy cooked his ribs quickly at 350... no kidding and everyone loved how they fell of the bone.

Mine was close to it. What area of Tampa are you in. A bunch of us get together for lunch every once in a while. Next week again if you want mr meet up.

Those look great! I have been cooking my ribs at a little higher temp and have been happy with the results (250). I think I will go get soem right now actually. Thanks for the inspiration.
