digiQ II arrives today: What to cook tonite?

So the wonderful father's day gift arrives today. I already have planned doing an all night brisket for the 4th but I can't leave such a great tool unused until then.

So, I ask my fellow eggers, what should I cook tonight for the first cook with the digiQ II?

    A chicken is probably as easy as anything to familiarize yourself with the operation of the unit. Set your dome temp for 350 and put the meat probe in the breast set for 162 or the thigh at 175. -RP

    Thanks Vance, got your email. Don't know if I will be able to make it up to Chandler this weekend as I have a golf tourney but will definatley get some Wicked soon...

    Think we should make a post here asking about getting a large order of Wicked for the Oklahoma Eggers?

    Will let you know how the guru works but from all the research I have done I think I won't have anymore sleepless nights watching briskets or shoulders... :)
